The committed and participatory expertise
Before starting technical delivery, wITkey will define with you the scope of expected services, especially:
- The specific purpose of required expertise,
- The accurate criteria of your expectations,
- The objectives and goals to be reached,
- The definition of indicators of success to measure your satisfaction,,
wITkey has introduced a new concept of customer relationship management with what we called “Engaged and Participatory Expertise”. We will define with you four indicators of success at the beginning of technical delivery, and every three months we measure indicator’s level. If they are not respected we accept to pay penalties.
As we define and manage indicators of success, this expertise becomes engaged.
It is participatory because we accept to pay penalties (part of the daily rate) if indicators of success are not reached.
